One powerful way to honour this month is by embracing the transformative practice of yoga through an inclusive lens.
Yoga isn’t just about physical flexibility or strength—it’s about connection: to breath, to self, and to community. For people who have disabilities, yoga can offer a meaningful path to self-awareness and empowerment, especially when it is practiced in accessible and adaptive ways.
